Step #2 – Finding 5 Products To Promote

Step 2 in making $50 per day within a month is to find 5 different products to promote. If you are a noob to affiliate marketing then I suggest you go for the products that only require a simple zip or email entry. This means you don’t have to sell anyone anything. All they have to do is go to the affiliate site, enter in their email address and you get paid.

Just because the product pays you a lot of money doesn’t mean it is the best product to go for. I suggest talking to your affiliate manager about which products have converted well for other people. This is exactly what I did and he suggested one product to me that has so far had a 50% conversion rate. That means one in every two people I send to the affiliate site end up signing up. So I make an average of $0.75 for every person I send to the affiliate website.

Get an Affiliate Program Worth $1/Lead or More

There is no point doing any marketing if you don’t have a good product to market. I suggest going for the affiliate programs that pay you over $1 for a simple email or zip submit. This way you need less people to enter in order to make the same amount of money.

Get an Affiliate Program With a Great Landing Page

Go and check out the landing page of your affiliate program. It should be really simple with a large focus on the prize and it needs to be really simple to navigate and enter. If the site is ugly to you then it will be ugly for everyone, if it is hard to navigate for you it will be hard to navigate for everyone.

Get an Affiliate Program With The Least Options

You want your affiliate program to have the least amount of options possible. More options means more people will fail to fill it out. It should be as simple as humanly possible as this will get you the most conversions and the most money.

So go through and find 5 different products that you want to market and over the next month we are going to market them so we can be earning at least $50 per day in just one month.

To help you sign up you need to know that you are mainly going to be marketing these products and offers through what is called “article marketing” and you will be using “text links” to market them. Basically “text links” is affiliate marketing lingo for writing articles, publishing them and then putting links to the affiliates page.

When you talk to anyone from Motive Interactive then you need to know a little bit about what you are doing. It helps to sound professional. If you are a complete noob then they will not accept you. So just talk to them about your article marketing strategies and you should be fine.

There are many different websites out there that use affiliate marketing to sell their products and there are also many websites that act as a online database for affiliates.

 

One of the best databases I have found is ClickBank. ClickBank have hundreds of products online that you can choose from to market and most (if not all) or their products are web based (such as e-books, online training programs etc) so there is no cost for postage/product materials. Why is this good? Because it means there is no cost at all for that business to sell their product. Therefore you can earn a higher commission on the sale.

ClickBank offers commissions around 75% on many of their products so it is a great way to earn money.
